Information must be true and technology must be free and independent. No group, government or administration can use information and technology to control it at will or as a tool to suppress dissent. In order to prevent the coup of 2024, the then dictatorial government of Bangladesh set the anti-human precedent of internet shutdown and telecommunications shutdown or the efforts of various circles to divide the society with propaganda and misinformation, this research is for the future of Bangladesh so that no one can do such mishaps. The project is planned. This research project will review the information technology related laws and policies of different countries and analyze the current information technology usage, difficulties, legal limitations in Bangladesh and propose specific recommendations which will make the information true and the technology free and independent starting from the provisions of the constitution at the field level.
